Terms of Service

By booking and using Thumby Aviation's Char Dham or Do Dham helicopter yatra services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Thumby Aviation.
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be completed before the scheduled departure date.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed.

2. Passenger Requirements

• Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all passengers.
• Passengers must provide accurate personal details including age, weight, and contact information.
• Maximum baggage allowance is 5 kg per passenger.
• Passengers with medical conditions must inform us at the time of booking.
• Children under 2 years are not permitted on helicopter flights.

3. Weather & Operational Considerations

• All flights are subject to weather conditions and operational safety requirements.
• Thumby Aviation reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule flights due to adverse weather or technical issues.
• In case of weather-related cancellations, alternative dates will be offered or refunds processed as per refund policy.
• The pilot's decision regarding flight safety is final and binding.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Refunds for weather cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

5. Liability

• Thumby Aviation carries appropriate aviation insurance as mandated by DGCA.
• We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control.
• Passengers travel at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

6. Darshan & Temple Visits

• Darshan timings are subject to temple authorities and crowd conditions.
• VIP darshan is not guaranteed and depends on temple management.
• Thumby Aviation is not responsible for temple closures or restricted access.

7. General Terms

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
• Thumby Aviation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
